Nowadays, you don’t need to go to the doctor and undergo a bunch of tests to get an idea whether you’re living healthy or not (but of course that’s still the most accurate way, don’t get us wrong). A lot of wearable technology, specifically smartwatches and fitness bands can help you keep track of what’s what when it comes to physical activities and now even your heart condition. A new kid on the block, the Polar A360 Fitness Tracker, can also monitor your heart rate through your wrist.

The new fitness tracker from one of the leading brands when it comes to wearables, can track your activity 24/7, including steps, calories, workouts, sleep, and other daily activities. And just like most wearables of late, it can also bring you notifications, like incoming calls, message alerts, social media notifications, calendar alerts. It can even give you a gentle nudge when you haven’t been very active just to remind you that you should be moving. In case you still prefer using a heart rate monitor that can be strapped to your chest, the tracker can work together with Polar’s other product, the H7 heart rate monitor.

Aside from these features, the Polar A360 Fitness Tracker is also comfortably stylish, and has several sizes available, like small, medium, and large so that you can choose whichever is most agreeable to you. If you get easily bored with wearing the same colored wearable, you can interchange it with the soft silicone wristbands which will also be for sale. It will come in Powder White, Charcoal Black, Neon Green, Sorbet Pink, and Navy Blue.

And of course, since you will probably be using this when you work out, the Polar A360 Fitness Tracker is waterproof. It will be available this November and will sell for $199.95.
